For the past two years, Land to Land has been aiding refugees from various countries and giving them new life. So far, we have been working one-on-one with each of our cases and have kept our organization low-profile. It’s been an amazing journey where miracles have been born and lives have been changed. However, our services and aid require extensive funds and efforts. As a non-profit, we rely solely on donors, volunteers, and fundraisers to keep our mission in action. We’ve been infinitely grateful for everyone who has contributed thus far, and hope to continue partnering with companies and individuals through our latest development: the Land to Land Sponsorship Packet.

This packet succinctly explains our organization, our purpose, and even gives some background on how this project began. Of course, the packet also outlines different types of benefits related to each type of sponsorship. When partnering with Land to Land, you can expect to receive tax deductions every year, brand visibility on our social media and website, recognition at events, updates on our cases and their progression, and previews to any events that we host! Please know that all proceeds directly support our refugees and provide transportation, food assistance, language lessons, training for employment, living accommodations, and any legal services required for them to safely leave their country. Every contributor proves that there is still hope in this world. Our motto, “For the love of humanity” is a mindset and every person connected with Land to Land expands their capacity to love with every effort. Together, we can bring peace of mind to those living in fear, overcome conflicts around the world, and turn dreams into reality.

Twice a year, Vintage Market Days gathers a wide variety of vendors from around Las Vegas to share their work in an outdoor market.  From handmade decor to large scale vintage furniture, shoppers excitedly move from stall to stall.

However, amidst the excited merchants, live music, and savory aromas from food trucks, one stall stands out among the rest. 

For this event, Land to Land collaborated with Mylofleur to spread awareness for our brothers and sisters around the world who are experiencing challenges beyond our experience. With the motto, “For the love of humanity”, our team made sure to share this love and invite passersby to make a difference. An interactive drawing board invited each customer to add themselves to our cause, while individual flower stems on sale portrayed the fragile lives that are calling out for help every day. From these efforts, Land to Land successfully raised $1230.58 from selling t-shirts, candles, flowers, and raffle tickets. 

The success from this event is another testament of the power that comes when people gather together for a common cause. Although the clientele of this market came to buy tangible items to benefit their personal lives, they recognized the needs of others and set aside their personal desires in favor of making a difference.

Thank you to Vintage Market Days for giving us this opportunity, to everyone who walked into our stall and elevated their love for others, and for our sponsors who continue to make our non-profit possible. We have no way to repay everyone for their time, donations, and contributions; but knowing that our mission is to support those who are experiencing conflict and trafficking, we hope that each individual can feel fulfilled from the difference they are making in the lives of others.
